Manages accounts receivable activities, including invoice preparation, payment collection and posting, cash application, reconciliations, aging reports, collections, customer payment inquiries, documentation, and financial reporting. Ensures accurate records, resolves billing discrepancies, and maintains compliance with accounting policies and regulations. This is a fully onsite weekday role reporting to the Credit and AR Manager.

Own the hybrid and electrified power-generation product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. Develop market analyses, business cases, pricing, and value propositions; lead phase-gate product development from concept through production; and collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing. Manage product launches, supplier transitions, cost reductions, field-data analysis, portfolio profitability, and sales enablement while guiding products across multiple regions.

Leads the global treasury function, overseeing liquidity, cash forecasting, investments, debt, banking relationships, capital structure, financial risk, insurance, and treasury operations. Drives working capital and cash optimization initiatives, supports financing, acquisitions, strategic investments, and capital allocation, and ensures governance, controls, SOX compliance, and effective risk management. Partners with cross-functional and executive stakeholders across a multinational manufacturing organization.
