Supports development of hybrid power-generation and energy systems by translating stakeholder needs into system requirements, architectures, interfaces, and verification criteria. Contributes to trade studies, DFMEA, risk management, requirements traceability, DVP&R documentation, prototype integration, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations. Collaborates across electrical, mechanical, controls/software, thermal, manufacturing, and service disciplines in a fully onsite Henderson, Nevada product-development environment.

Leads engineering New Product Introduction projects from design through pilot and mass production. Owns schedules, critical-path tracking, gate-review inputs, risk registers, and cross-functional accountability. Manages Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders, technical documentation, revision histories, bills of materials, routings, item cards, part numbers, and product life-cycle transitions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and quality teams to maintain data integrity and production readiness.

The Senior Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares financial statements, reconciles accounts, manages sales and use tax, lease accounting, fixed assets, and month-end close activities. The role supports audits, evaluates internal controls, performs financial and variance analyses, allocates expenses, records intercompany eliminations, and mentors junior accounting staff. This is a fully onsite position in Henderson, Nevada, reporting to the Accounting Manager.
