Lead design, governance, and adoption of ANA's end-to-end business processes. Map workflows (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacture-to-Ship, Inventory, Record-to-Report, Employee Lifecycle), translate them into system workflows across Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, and reporting tools, establish process governance, drive automation and standardization, improve data quality and KPIs, and enable enterprise-wide systems adoption.

Lead an onsite software development team for embedded and cloud-integrated products using Agile. Manage sprint planning, CI/CD, code reviews, QA/DevOps collaboration, stakeholder communication, documentation, compliance, mentoring, and process improvement.
