Lead the financial planning desk, manage and train interns, oversee data entry into planning software, build and review comprehensive plans (retirement, estate, tax, charitable, business), ensure plan quality, consult on case design and product strategies, track opportunities in Salesforce, and recommend process improvements to align with regulatory and company guidelines.

The Lead Financial Reporting Analyst oversees statutory accounting, manages regulatory compliance, mentors team members, and leads process improvements for investment reporting.

Provide desk-side endpoint support: install, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, copiers, and related software; assist with moves, equipment disposal, and project tasks; document and resolve incidents in the IT service management tool. Lead regional group benefits sales (Group Dental, Vision, ASO) to grow in-force lives and profitability by 15% annually. Build sales, persistency, and profit plans; mentor staff; manage budgets; liaise with underwriting and national accounts; review results and implement improvement actions; maintain community relations.

Perform quarterly statutory and PBR (VM-22) valuations for non-variable annuities, build valuation infrastructure and data pipelines, support assumption setting, testing, governance, reporting, audits, and cross-functional analysis; develop valuation tools and communicate results to Finance and senior leadership.

Manage and grow broker and agent relationships across Tennessee to sell dental, vision and hearing employee benefit products. Meet sales targets, support new sales initiatives, collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper processing of sales, manage in-force business to create cross-sell opportunities, and provide excellent customer service and territory management.

Perform quarterly statutory, tax, and VM-20 PBR life insurance valuations; maintain valuation models, data pipelines, and controls; support assumption setting, VM-31 reporting, audits, regulatory exams, and cross-functional analysis; develop valuation tools and provide reserve attribution and scenario sensitivity analysis for management and FP&A.

Sell dental, vision and hearing employee benefit products across the Carolinas. Build and maintain broker and agent relationships, identify new opportunities, manage inforce business, support new sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper processing from sale to issuance.

Provide sales support and service functions for field teams: prepare proposals and materials, process transactions, communicate with customers/partners, monitor case lifecycles, resolve procedural/system issues, and train entry-level associates.
