Supports sales teams by preparing proposals, materials, client data, and sales information; answering customer and partner inquiries; processing transactions; maintaining case and data workflows; resolving procedural or system issues; recommending insurance products; and mentoring entry-level associates. The hybrid role requires coordination, customer service, administrative support, and familiarity with insurance products.

Sell group dental, vision and hearing employee benefit products across the Chicago territory by building broker/agent relationships, meeting sales targets, supporting new initiatives, managing inforce business, and coordinating with internal teams for policy processing.

Supports the Group Business Development Underwriting team with dental and vision rating, risk evaluation, RFP review, case approval, issuance, reporting, renewals, and assigned projects. The intern receives hands-on training while working part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer in a hybrid environment.
