Lead regional group benefits sales (Group Dental, Vision, ASO) to grow in-force lives and profitability by 15% annually. Build sales, persistency, and profit plans; mentor staff; manage budgets; liaise with underwriting and national accounts; review results and implement improvement actions; maintain community relations.

Perform quarterly statutory and PBR (VM-22) valuations for non-variable annuities, build valuation infrastructure and data pipelines, support assumption setting, testing, governance, reporting, audits, and cross-functional analysis; develop valuation tools and communicate results to Finance and senior leadership.
