Manage end-to-end processing of incoming and outgoing payments, reconcile suspense accounts, support audits, execute high-volume detail-intensive tasks, resolve complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and support Accounts Payable and other accounting functions while driving performance and coordinating workflows.

Perform quarterly statutory and PBR (VM-22) valuations for non-variable annuities, build valuation infrastructure and data pipelines, support assumption setting, testing, governance, reporting, audits, and cross-functional analysis; develop valuation tools and communicate results to Finance and senior leadership.

Lead development and maintenance of process documentation and knowledge base content. Identify documentation gaps, create SOPs and job aids, partner with stakeholders, support training, manage projects and testing, and optimize documentation for AI search.
