Supports commercial mortgage loan portfolio monitoring by analyzing operating statements, rent rolls, inspection reports, and related data. Updates portfolio management systems, follows up with management on identified issues, and prepares written rationales and recommendations for monitoring report changes. This is a full-time, three-month summer internship requiring strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Supports investment operations by processing financial transactions, payment setups, account maintenance, fee-billing activities, check deposits, service requests, and operational reports. Responds to internal inquiries, researches routine discrepancies and NIGO workflows, and collaborates with operations teams and vendors to complete requests within service-level expectations. The role requires broker-dealer or RIA experience and familiarity with relevant financial operations systems.

The HR Business Partner advises leaders and associates on HR policies, employee relations, compliance, organizational change, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, inclusion, succession planning, and retention. The role partners with HR centers of expertise, coaches leaders, identifies training solutions, supports people programs, and recommends improvements aligned with business objectives. This is a hybrid position based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
