Lead strategic engagement and enterprise partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organizations. Develop and manage executive relationships, design integrated collaboration strategies across ACC business units, build partnership proposals and budgets, advise leadership on therapeutic and market trends, and ensure compliance with industry standards to advance cardiovascular science and organizational growth.

Provide clinical registry education, support, and quality assurance for NCDR stakeholders. Lead training, UAT, metric algorithm review, audit adjudication, content development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate registry data and product functionality.

Support federal advocacy, HeartPAC, and grassroots engagement by liaising with members and congressional offices, managing PAC operations and databases, coordinating legislative communications and events, developing grassroots tools and training, assisting with the Annual Legislative Conference, preparing donor materials, and representing the ACC to advance cardiovascular policy.

Administer benefits, wellness, leave programs, HRIS, and payroll reconciliation. Serve as primary HR inbox administrator, coordinate vendors and open enrollment, conduct audits, ensure compliance with employment and benefits regulations, analyze data to improve programs, and support HR operations, onboarding, and system enhancements.

Manage paid social and search campaigns end-to-end (setup, QA, tracking, optimization), maintain campaign tracking systems, report performance, support organic social content posting, and collaborate with marketing teams to enforce best practices and improve results.

Manage vendor certification lifecycle for NCDR registries, serve as technical/functional liaison to vendors, elicit and document functional/non-functional requirements, create wireframes and SQL pseudocode for clinical metrics, support QA/UAT, and drive continuous improvement of certification workflows and vendor onboarding.

Manage registry-based cardiovascular research studies end-to-end: develop protocols, draft contracts and SOWs, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee data/analytics and IRB submissions, track budgets and deliverables, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and report study progress to federal agencies, industry, and committees.
