Regional People & Talent Partner for Europe: run end-to-end recruitment, manage day-to-day HR operations, own employee relations and UK/EU employment law compliance, localise people processes, maintain HRIS/ATS, support leaders through coaching, and build culture and engagement for a growing European team.

Lead business development for V2G and emerging grid flexibility streams: originate partnerships, manage partner onboarding and delivery, influence policy, coordinate cross-functional launches, pursue government grants, and drive industry thought leadership and events.
