Lead Amber’s brand marketing function during a nine-month parental leave cover. Own brand strategy, above-the-line campaigns, PR and communications, content, social, community, and product marketing. Manage a team of five, collaborate with Growth, Sales, Product, Operations, Design, and PR, oversee major campaigns, align brand messaging, and establish measurable goals for brand performance. The role requires strategic leadership alongside hands-on execution in a fast-growing energy technology company.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a contact centre, resolve urgent issues, educate customers on Amber products, collaborate with internal teams, suggest process improvements, and advocate for customer experience via phone and Zendesk.
