Support supplier and incoming part quality across commodities by analyzing data, addressing production-impacting issues, leading supplier corrective actions, owning PPAP, developing inspection plans, publishing supplier quality metrics, and serving as a lead internal auditor for ISO 9001.

The Product Marketing Manager leads marketing strategies, mentors teams, develops training, and executes product go-to-market plans, focusing on customer insights and collaboration.

Identify, qualify, and develop national multi-unit foodservice accounts. Build executive relationships, create account plans, drive revenue through consultative selling, manage pipelines/CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead negotiations, and support trade shows. Requires heavy travel to grow national accounts and meet revenue targets.

Support senior product managers across product lifecycle and pricing efforts: maintain roadmaps, gather customer feedback, build competitive analyses, manage pricing data in Oracle ERP, support list pricing and discount structures, identify margin leakage, propose pricing and automation recommendations, use approved AI tools to accelerate research and workflows, and assist sales training and customer-facing support.

Assemble sheet metal and wire components on a production line using hand tools (drills, saws, measuring tapes). Stand and walk frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime when needed, and collaborate with teammates to deliver quality foodservice equipment.
