Owns daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank reconciliations, wire and ACH payments, cash application, AP disbursements, debt administration, forecasting, and treasury controls. Supports quality assurance for foodservice equipment manufacturing by investigating production and supplier quality issues, identifying root causes, leading corrective actions, analyzing quality data, performing visual and dimensional inspections, using PFMEA, establishing acceptance criteria, conducting layered process audits, and supporting internal audits and the quality management system.

Coordinates inside sales operations, including quotes, order entry, product questions, lead times, and dealer support. Manages ecommerce product content, audits digital listings, tracks corrections, and compiles channel performance reports. Reviews reseller pricing for policy compliance, maintains documentation, and escalates issues. Supports sales programs, CRM data quality, trade show lead routing, meeting coordination, and follow-up tracking. Uses spreadsheets, process discipline, and automation to improve monitoring and reporting.

Support supplier and incoming part quality across commodities by analyzing data, addressing production-impacting issues, leading supplier corrective actions, owning PPAP, developing inspection plans, publishing supplier quality metrics, and serving as a lead internal auditor for ISO 9001.

The Product Marketing Manager leads marketing strategies, mentors teams, develops training, and executes product go-to-market plans, focusing on customer insights and collaboration.

Identify, qualify, and develop national multi-unit foodservice accounts.
