The Director of New Accounts is responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts in the Convenience Store channel, focusing on strategic growth, customer relations, and market intelligence.

Lead mechanical design for new product development from concept to production. Create complex 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks, apply GD&T and tolerance analysis, support DFMA and cost optimization, manage BOMs and ECOs, ensure production-ready documentation, and mentor junior designers.

Assemble sheet metal and wire components on a production line using hand tools (drills, saws, measuring tapes). Stand and walk frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime when needed, and collaborate with teammates to deliver quality foodservice equipment.
