Coordinate shipments for Baltic and Nordic markets, including customs-related documentation, delivery follow-up, warehouse and courier coordination, complaints, shortages, and client or supplier communication. Prepare reports, verify delivery plans, and support weekly replenishment through forecasting, planning, master-data maintenance, and supplier stock monitoring. The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, English proficiency, attention to detail, and a category B driving licence.

Perform routine bookkeeping: post client invoices/credit/debit notes, record supplier invoices, manage payments, reconcile bank accounts, maintain AR/AP follow-ups, support monthly close, assist with VAT reporting, organize records, and support audit preparation while coordinating with external accountants and internal teams.

Create short-form, performance-focused social content (Reels, TikToks, UGC) for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Shoot and edit using mobile/camera setups, adapt for platform specs, collaborate with strategy/ads teams, attend on-site shoots when required, and deliver conversion-oriented creatives on deadline.
