Lead POS and retail display projects from estimating and prototyping through production, logistics, and multi-site rollout. Coordinate suppliers, fabricators, installers, and internal teams; manage RFQs, approvals, schedules, quality control, budgets, change requests, and project documentation. Ensure POS units meet production, safety, brand, and delivery requirements across campaigns and retail locations.

Manage print production orders from quoting and supplier tendering through production monitoring and final delivery. Negotiate with print suppliers, control deadlines, quality, and costs, collect production data, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams. The role requires coordinating multiple orders, ensuring contractual compliance, and delivering high-quality retail communication projects on schedule.

Coordinate shipments for Baltic and Nordic markets, including customs-related documentation, delivery follow-up, warehouse and courier coordination, complaints, shortages, and client or supplier communication. Prepare reports, verify delivery plans, and support weekly replenishment through forecasting, planning, master-data maintenance, and supplier stock monitoring. The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, English proficiency, attention to detail, and a category B driving licence.
