We're growing our logistics team and looking for someone to handle shipments for the Baltic and Nordic markets. What you'll be doing:
Handling logistics for the Baltic and Nordic markets - accounting for their specifics, regulations and customs rules.
Processing and verifying documents - goods-issue notes (WZ), delivery notifications (ASNs), etc.
Working with the warehouse and courier companies.
Coordinating shipments and follow-up deliveries.
Liaising with the Client Service and Production teams.
Creating reports and summaries, and supporting the logistics team in day-to-day work.
Handling complaints and delivery shortages.
Verifying the delivery plan and keeping in ongoing contact with the client and suppliers regarding changes, delays and discrepancies.
Managing the weekly replenishment process – forecasting, planning, master data, and monitoring supplier stock levels against agreed min/max thresholds.
Who we're looking for:
Experience in logistics for the Baltic / Nordic markets – you know their specifics, regulations and customs rules.
A university degree (logistics is a plus).
Very good command of Excel and MS Office.
English at min. B2 level.
You handle several fronts at once – accurately and with an eye for detail.
A willingness to learn and grow, and an inner drive.
A category B driving licence.

Skills Required
- Experience in logistics for Baltic and Nordic markets, including market-specific regulations and customs rules
