It's important to us to offer benefits + perks that we're proud of. Our unlimited PTO plan and flexible work hours encourage Alloyans to take time off and return refreshed. We provide premium medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents. Included is an FSA/FSA Dependent/HSA with $100/month employer contributions ($200/month for plans including dependents). We also offer a 401K program with an employer match of up to 4% of your annual compensation. In addition, every employee receives stock options in the company sharing in the company's success.

To ensure your home office is up to par, we offer a $250 stipend, and to help you grow in your role we provide a $1,000 annual Learning & Development stipend. Our $5,000 employee referral program includes a $1,000 charitable donation to a non-profit of your choice and $4,000 directly to you.
