Lead and own development of the iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI. Build scalable UI and state management, integrate real-time WebSocket data, implement native features (push, secure storage, background tasks), manage provisioning and App Store releases, and collaborate with backend and product to optimize UX and performance.

Serve as CSSF Responsable du Controle for the AIFM and hosted funds. Provide regional legal support across time zones: draft and standardize contracts, run compliance and due diligence, maintain contract repository, coordinate with external counsel, and ensure continuity via handovers.

Perform day-to-day accounting for closed- and open-end funds, book capital calls/distributions/fees, execute month-end closes and reconciliations, prepare quarterly/annual financial statements and investor reporting, maintain documentation, resolve discrepancies, assist regulatory filings, and support process automation.

Lead AI-enabled investor relations and fundraising operations: build/deploy LLM/agent workflows, create and maintain VC/PE/private credit fund models, produce investor materials, manage communications and data rooms, and own the end-to-end LP commitment process.

Lead SEC registration and design Infra One's US compliance operating system. Build written policies (Form ADV, AML/KYC, custody), run multi-fund monitoring and GP due diligence, manage exams and regulator relationships, advise on fund structuring and conflicts, and define organizational substance, books-and-records, and cybersecurity compliance for a scalable platform.

Build and lead Infra One's in-house fund accounting and administration function. Design chart of accounts, NAV policies, capital call/distribution mechanics, carry/fee waterfalls, valuation methodologies, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls. Manage multi-fund operations, investor onboarding and reporting, custodian and banking relationships, and select accounting/reporting systems. Hire and mentor fund accounting and treasury staff to scale platform operations across multiple funds and jurisdictions.

Build and maintain web application features using Elixir, Phoenix and LiveView. Implement user-facing components, integrations, tests, perform code reviews, optimize performance, translate designs into production-ready code, and collaborate with founders and the team to deliver scalable fund-management tooling.

Lead and build the UK compliance and risk function, own FCA authorisation and SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities, oversee appointed representatives, maintain policies and monitoring, deliver training, manage financial crime/AML, and advise senior management while liaising with the FCA.

Design and produce high-quality branded materials across channels: presentation decks, multi-page print and digital collateral, merchandise, and signage. Create and maintain master templates, prepare files for print production, and collaborate with global teams to execute creative concepts while ensuring brand consistency.

Join Allocator One as an Investment Analyst supporting fundraising, due diligence, LP relationship management, portfolio monitoring, and operational compliance. Conduct research, financial analysis and modeling, source and assess first-time fund managers, prepare fundraising materials, coordinate investor meetings, and represent the firm at industry events.

Lead and build Allocator One's European buyout strategy: drive capital formation with institutional LPs and family offices, anchor first-time buyout and operator-led vehicles (sub-€30m), represent the strategy externally, integrate with the broader platform, and contribute to investment judgment and governance for a long-term franchise.

Lead US fund-structuring and regulatory counsel for Infra One: draft and maintain LPAs, PPMs, Reg D filings, sub-advisory and commercial agreements; advise on Advisers Act, AML/KYC, custody rules; manage GP diligence and onboarding; coordinate with CCO and external counsel; own master service agreements and service-provider contracts; provide strategic legal advice to MD and investment committee to enable scalable fund operations.

Lead legal structuring and formation of international infrastructure investment funds. Draft, review, and negotiate offering memoranda, fund agreements, and ancillary documents. Coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions, advise senior management on governance, compliance, and regulatory risks, and monitor regulatory changes to proactively guide stakeholders.

Support global operations by performing CRM and financial data entry, managing invoices and expenses, coordinating events and meetings, executing daily handovers, and collaborating with senior staff on projects in a fully remote, international environment.

Create and format high-quality visual materials across presentations, digital and print collateral, campaigns, signage, and event assets. Ensure consistent brand identity, package files for production, and collaborate with global teams and leadership to meet project goals and deadlines.

Lead group-wide reporting, analytics and operating intelligence across regions and products. Build and automate financial and operational models, KPIs and BI dashboards. Aggregate regional inputs into decision-ready insights, co-lead expansion initiatives, support Investor Relations, and run strategic projects with founders to scale operations and enter new geographies and products.
