Teams at Allocator

Support global operations by performing CRM and financial data entry, managing invoices and expenses, coordinating events and meetings, executing daily handovers, and collaborating with senior staff on projects in a fully remote, international environment.

Lead and execute core operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination. Manage calendars, communications, invoices, onboarding, and daily reporting. Support leadership, mentor junior generalists, conduct research for partnerships and sponsorships, and ensure consistent handovers across time zones.

Lead and build the UK compliance and risk function, own FCA authorisation and SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities, oversee appointed representatives, maintain policies and monitoring, deliver training, manage financial crime/AML, and advise senior management while liaising with the FCA.
