Owns international tax compliance coordination for fund structures across Germany, Austria, the UK, and the US. Responsibilities include coordinating external advisors, reviewing tax deliverables, managing compliance calendars, preparing investor tax communications, overseeing FATCA compliance, advising on transaction tax matters, and supporting international tax structuring. The role requires deep German partnership-tax expertise, strong international tax knowledge, accounting awareness, and professional fluency in German and English.

Own and coordinate international tax compliance for UK, US, Austrian, and German fund structures. Manage external tax advisors, review filings and investor tax reporting, maintain global compliance calendars, support CRS/FATCA obligations, advise on cross-border transactions and fund structuring, and communicate tax matters to investors, management, and finance teams. The role focuses on UK and US partnership taxation while overseeing broader international compliance.

Own investment controlling, portfolio valuations, portfolio data management, and quarterly investor reporting across international fund vehicles. Prepare fair market valuations under IPEV guidelines, monitor fund performance KPIs, manage investment contracts and cap tables, support audits and regulatory filings, and respond to investor queries. Coordinate closely with investment, finance, legal, accounting, and investor relations teams while improving internal processes and reporting tools.
