Lead and own development of the iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI. Build scalable UI and state management, integrate real-time WebSocket data, implement native features (push, secure storage, background tasks), manage provisioning and App Store releases, and collaborate with backend and product to optimize UX and performance.

Serve as CSSF Responsable du Controle for the AIFM and hosted funds. Lead AML/CFT and KYC/KYB strategy, design compliance architecture and workflows, oversee transfer agency and fund administration, work with tech to automate onboarding, monitor Luxembourg regulation, and manage reporting and FIU relations.

Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of international venture and private equity transactions. Draft and negotiate investment and shareholder agreements, advise on governance, cross-border structuring and regulation, collaborate with deal teams and external counsel, and monitor market and legal developments.
