Lead Alleima's High Temperature business across the USA and Canada: develop and execute growth strategies, coach and manage a sales team, own strategic customer accounts, negotiate supply agreements, drive profitable sales, support quoting and forecasts, and close major opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.

Support continuous improvement and reliability of specialized manufacturing equipment, including seamless tube reducing mills. Lead engineering projects, develop and optimize mechanical designs, maintain drawings and records, procure and install equipment upgrades, troubleshoot issues with operations and maintenance teams, analyze manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Lead site QEHS programs for a manufacturing facility, maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, leading audits, delivering training, driving safety culture, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and performance.

Develops and executes growth strategies for Hydraulic & Instrumentation tubing across the United States and Canada. Identifies and converts new business, builds relationships with distributors, OEMs, EPCs, fabricators, contractors, and end users, and leads technical and commercial discussions. The role requires approximately 75% travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Master’s thesis opportunity exploring AI applications in operational excellence. Projects may involve condition monitoring, sensor analytics, predictive failure detection, data-driven decision support, business KPI analysis, or computer vision for production quality control. The student will map opportunities, test applications, build prototypes, and translate insights into practical recommendations. Relevant skills include Python, SQL, Power BI, machine learning, computer vision, OpenCV, YOLO, statistics, and experimental design.

The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales with technical expertise, analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals, and providing technical training and support. They ensure customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between sales and technical teams while also addressing post-sales needs.

Maintain and develop technical knowledge of Alleima tubular products; produce technical content (webinars, articles, white papers, conference presentations); consult with customers' corrosion engineers to analyze corrosion risks and recommend materials; promote products and new applications; present at conferences; and nurture technical relationships with key customers, supporting Sales and linking R&D, Marketing, and process experts. Frequent travel required.

Identify and win new business in China for tube and stainless-steel solutions. Provide technical proposals, presentations, contract negotiation, after-sales support, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams. Maintain customer relationships, track market trends, and travel frequently to customer sites and trade shows.

Manage end-to-end Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing compliance, filings, audits, assessments, litigations and advisory. Prepare tax returns, TDS, TP documentation, support business on cross-border transactions, and liaise with authorities and external advisors.

Partner with Production Unit leadership to drive financial performance: lead local finance team, own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting and compliance; translate financial insight into operational decisions; support projects and continuous improvement to improve profitability, inventory and working capital.

Manage full sales cycle for high-temperature materials across USA & Canada: respond to RFQs, prepare offers, process orders, monitor deliveries, resolve complaints, develop account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, close deals, and occasionally travel (10%).

Plan and implement manufacturing schedules, allocate labor and capital, analyze production and maintenance records to identify issues and recommend improvements, coordinate with supply/logistics and sales to integrate needs, manage production downtime to minimize disruption, and develop supervisors overseeing assembly, machine operation, processing, or packaging.
