Target profitable growth and customer retention while traveling approximately 20–30%.

Provide technical support to sales by analyzing corrosion risk, recommending materials, developing customer relationships and applications, supporting product promotion, contributing to R&D and market intelligence, presenting at conferences, writing technical articles, and solving customer corrosion problems.

Manage full sales cycle for high-temperature materials across USA & Canada: respond to RFQs, prepare offers, process orders, monitor deliveries, resolve complaints, develop account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, close deals, and occasionally travel (10%).

The Technical Sales Engineer will provide technical solutions, support customers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and grow market share.

The Quality Engineer ensures product quality standards are met, collaborates with teams for process improvements, conducts audits, and implements corrective actions.

Lead production operations for a titanium tube manufacturing facility, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, staffing, inventory, process improvement, and two department managers across ~80 employees.
