You are comfortable taking ownership of your work, from planning and analysis to communicating findings and recommendations, and are interested in looking beyond financial reporting to understand how organizations operate, identify risks and contribute to meaningful improvements.

You have a relevant university degree, for example in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA or CISA are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.

You enjoy understanding how things work, asking thoughtful questions and exploring different perspectives. You have the confidence to challenge existing ways of working when needed, while approaching discussions with openness, respect and a genuine interest in finding solutions.
