Teams at Alleima

Leads Alleima’s Americas commercial performance for the Specialized Business Unit, overseeing a regional team across customer service, inside sales, and key account management. Drives regional strategy, sales growth, pricing, profitability, forecasting, pipeline management, customer development, and cash performance. Partners with production, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance while coaching the team and maintaining strong customer relationships. Frequent travel across the Americas, up to approximately 50%, is expected.

Supports the quality department with system information verification, data registration and updates, document and record collection, and accurate filing. This on-site internship lasts 3–6 months and requires at least three days per week. Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in materials science, metals, quality management, or a related field are preferred. English proficiency equivalent to CET-6, attention to detail, organization, and accurate information handling are expected.

Supports Americas industrial sales growth through market development, lead generation, customer relationship management, quotations, pipeline tracking, forecasting, market intelligence, and commercial follow-up. Coordinates activities among customers, regional sales teams, and Swedish manufacturing. Prepares analyses, reports, and presentations while developing expertise in international business and industrial sales.
