Coordinate and communicate production plans and material flow to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery. Update schedules (UT testing, box plan, LDR), print/distribute work orders, review and close orders, maintain shipment and inventory reports, administer routings, and liaise with Sales/Marketing and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety systems in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Lead site QEHS programs for a manufacturing facility, maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, leading audits, delivering training, driving safety culture, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve compliance and performance.

Lead the global R&D organization for Industrial Heating, define and execute R&D strategy, manage the project portfolio and PMO, translate customer needs into commercial materials and solutions, collaborate with business units, suppliers and research partners, and drive innovation and efficiency across the division. Role includes international travel and membership of BU management teams.
