The Marketing Analyst will provide market insights and performance analysis for the Armor and 3D Woven Composites business, collaborating with multiple teams to support strategic decision-making and enhance customer engagement.

Lead cross-functional program teams for aerospace composite programs from inception to close. Manage contracts, schedule, budget, finance, risk, forecasting, staffing, quality, supply chain and customer satisfaction. Present program status, support negotiations, and drive program performance and continuous improvement.

Designs and plans manufacturing layouts and processes for advanced composite components. Develops production sequences, tooling, inspection/test integration, and technical solutions. Works independently under general direction, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and represents the organization on project technical issues.

Design and plan manufacturing layouts and processes for composite layup, cure, machining, bonding, painting and assembly. Develop production procedures, root cause corrective actions, nonconformance disposition (MRB), and support new product development and cross-functional teams.

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules using SAP to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and inventory. Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and program management for SIOP, NPI, engineering changes, and intercompany demand. Manage strategic sourcing for AEC commodities from RFQ through execution: supplier selection and negotiation, contract management, price/cost analysis, supplier performance/audits, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, ensure compliance with government acquisition regulations, collaborate cross-functionally, and use SAP/MRP systems for purchasing and forecasting.

Serve as the technical lead for inserting ceramic matrix composite (CMC) technologies into production by interfacing with engineering, R&T, and business development. Lead customer-facing application development, define scopes of work and proposals for TRL 4-7 projects, provide technical leadership during project execution, build customer relationships, support trade shows, and align customer needs with AEC growth strategies.

Design and optimize molding and intermediate manufacturing processes for 3D woven preforms. Generate process documentation, support production training, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), perform FMEA/DMAIC/8D, qualify work cells (IQ/OQ/PQ), manage KPCs, reduce part cost, support customers, and lead NPI and improvement projects to meet schedule and quality targets.

Lead R&T projects to develop and mature composite manufacturing processes and materials for aerospace structures. Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, design validation/testing plans, procure tooling, evaluate models/experiments, support customer programs, and drive technology maturation and business development activities.

Lead strategic sourcing for AEC commodities: manage RFQ-to-execution sourcing, negotiate contracts, perform price/cost analysis, drive supplier performance and audits, develop sourcing strategies, support cross-functional teams, and report savings.

Lead and execute strategic sourcing for AEC commodities from RFQ through contract execution. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supply agreements, manage supplier performance and audits, drive cost savings and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to meet program objectives and compliance requirements.

The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team and implementing improvements and lean practices.

The Sr. Program Manager oversees program managers, coordinates projects, manages customer relations, develops proposals, and ensures projects meet timelines and budgets.

The Sr. CNC Programmer is responsible for CNC program creation, quality control in production, training machine operators, and implementing Lean manufacturing practices.

The Program Manager oversees all phases of programs, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, technical performance, and cost management while cultivating customer relationships and supporting business development.

Develop and mature advanced carbon-fiber composite manufacturing processes (RTM, weaving, preforms) for flight-critical engine components.
