Support Emerging Markets & Technologies segment by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Prepare monthly forecasts, variance analysis, project estimates, and participate in annual planning. Partner with Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, and site leadership to track drivers, perform data analysis, and support ad-hoc projects.

Lead and develop a project engineering team to deliver aerospace composite programs from development through production. Oversee staffing, resource allocation, technical deliverables, MRB, RCCA, and cross-functional communication. Ensure quality, schedule, cost targets, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and support proposal scoping and technical problem resolution.

Develops, implements, and monitors EHS programs to reduce environmental and safety risks in a manufacturing setting; manages hazardous waste, inspections, testing of protective systems, training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.
