Manages the plant Human Resources department, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, safety coordination, performance management, record keeping, policy administration, continuous improvement, and compliance. Oversees HR programs, develops personnel policies, maintains compensation and job classification structures, supports employee engagement, and ensures compliance with applicable laws, company requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

Designs and plans manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, tooling, and production operations for advanced composite components. Develops technical solutions, incorporates inspection requirements, performs root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and nonconformance dispositions, and supports programs and projects. The role operates independently in production and assembly environments and may lead multidisciplinary initiatives. Preferred experience includes aerospace manufacturing, automated fiber placement, composite machining and tooling, CATIA V5, GD&T, Windchill, and SAP.

Patent Counsel will develop and execute global patent strategy, evaluate inventions, oversee U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, manage outside counsel, and guide portfolio decisions. The role advises technical and business teams on patentability, freedom to operate, confidentiality, licensing, and technology transactions. Additional duties include patent due diligence, disputes, joint development agreements, employee training, portfolio reporting, budgeting, and process improvement. Travel to company and external facilities may be required.
