Designs and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports for sales decision-making. Extracts, integrates, cleans, and analyzes data from multiple market and category management sources. Conducts line reviews and category performance analyses, identifies trends and growth opportunities, and delivers data-driven recommendations. Develops customized dashboards, reporting materials, and PDF documentation to support sales teams, product evaluations, and customer presentations.

Design and optimize food and beverage operations and packaging processes. Build databases, dashboards, and KPI reports; perform statistical and prescriptive analysis; collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and suppliers; evaluate packaging materials for safety, quality, and sustainability; develop specifications and testing protocols; implement automation and efficiency improvements; and troubleshoot production issues.

The Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing strategies, supports brand and product initiatives, coordinates cross-functional projects, conducts market and competitor research, manages content and communications, organizes trade shows and promotional events, and tracks marketing performance. The role collaborates with Sales, R&D, Operations, and leadership to support business growth across multiple food and beverage segments.

Manage and grow a portfolio of national strategic accounts through consultative selling, account planning, upselling/cross-selling, forecasts, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as primary customer contact, deliver presentations and business reviews, ensure program execution, and travel frequently to customer sites and company facilities.

Lead development and execution of EHS programs for warehouse and transportation operations. Ensure OSHA/DOT/FMC SA compliance, conduct inspections and investigations, manage DOT/fleet safety, deliver training, partner with leadership and HR on injury case management, and support continuous safety improvements across shifts.

Lead continuous improvement and process optimization for high-volume food and beverage production. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality to reduce downtime, improve throughput, support capital projects and new product scale-up, troubleshoot equipment, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage international order processing, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and shipment coordination. Prepare invoices, packing lists, COO requests, health/COA certificates, and Bills of Lading. Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, carriers, and customers to resolve documentation or shipment issues and ensure timely exports.
