Coordinates supplier and ingredient compliance documentation, onboarding records, Certificates of Analysis, certifications, questionnaires, and approval requirements. Maintains supplier data and expiration tracking in TraceGains, follows up on missing documentation, reviews COAs against specifications, supports audits, and assists internal users and suppliers. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Quality, Food Safety, R&D, Laboratory, and Operations teams while developing knowledge of food manufacturing and safety processes.

Leads the design, programming, integration, troubleshooting, and reliability of automated manufacturing systems. Provides advanced support for PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS platforms; coordinates hardware and software integration; performs root cause analysis; improves maintenance and equipment reliability; supports preventive maintenance and operator training; and manages multiple capital projects from planning through commissioning. The role also maintains engineering documentation, coordinates suppliers and plant teams, and drives continuous-improvement initiatives.

Manages EHS programs across warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA compliance. Responsibilities include risk assessments, facility inspections, incident investigations, safety training, safety committee leadership, driver and vehicle compliance audits, and corrective action tracking. The manager coaches employees and supervisors, supports occupational health and return-to-work programs, partners with HR and operations, and promotes a proactive safety culture across multiple locations and shifts.
