Manage international order processing, export documentation, regulatory compliance, and shipment coordination. Prepare invoices, packing lists, COO requests, health/COA certificates, and Bills of Lading. Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, carriers, and customers to resolve documentation or shipment issues and ensure timely exports.

Manage and grow a portfolio of national strategic accounts through consultative selling, account planning, upselling/cross-selling, forecasts, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as primary customer contact, deliver presentations and business reviews, ensure program execution, and travel frequently to customer sites and company facilities.

Provide frontline, shift-based safety support across manufacturing operations. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, audits (iAuditor/Safety Culture), and safety training. Maintain compliance with OSHA, SQF, SMETA/SEDEX, manage safety programs, KPIs, and safety documentation while partnering with leadership for continuous improvement.
