Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Location: Graham, NC
Job Duties:
- Design, develop, and optimize innovative and cost-effective operations solutions for food and beverage products.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing to develop operations strategy that meets functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer databases and build dashboards to visualize key Operations KPIs including production attainments, downtime, line speed, labor costs, etc to track performances.
- Conduct statistical analysis and draft reports per Operations team’s request for analytical needs, and come up with improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to assess material specifications, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and test packaging materials to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
- Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements in packaging processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop specifications, technical drawings, and testing protocols for raw materials to ensure consistency and quality in production.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or closely related field of study.
- Six (6) months experience in business development.
- Knowledge in Process and Supply Chain Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, and Data Management.
- Skills in Statistical analysis, linear programming, SQL, Power BI.
- Skills in DOE (Design of Experiments), and process assessment and improvement.
