Develop and execute targeted demand generation and field marketing strategies across UKI, Nordics and Benelux. Plan and run regional events, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partner, email, PR, social), and coordinate with sales, product marketing and customer success. Track and report campaign performance and ROI, and mentor a Working Student/Intern to support regional goals.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities for Akeneo's SaaS product. Conduct discovery calls, nurture prospects through email, phone, and social media, qualify marketing leads, engage decision-makers, and collaborate with sales and marketing on lead-generation strategies. The role requires high call volume, strong communication, creativity, persistence, and fluency in Italian and English, with experience navigating the Italian market.

Designs and implements integrations and bespoke technical solutions for enterprise customers using Akeneo. Responsibilities include assessing client environments, architecting product catalogs and data flows, developing prototypes and full-stack code, configuring SaaS deployments, creating technical documentation, leading workshops and training, and guiding customers through go-live. The role partners with clients and internal R&D, influences the product roadmap, manages complex technical workstreams, and requires approximately 20–30% travel.
