Guide customers through implementing Akeneo PIM by delivering hands-on configuration, workshops, training, and best-practice guidance. Lead on-site and remote engagements, collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams, identify risks, improve data governance and processes, and contribute to implementation methodology to accelerate customer time-to-value.

Lead and execute end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for senior and niche roles while acting as a player-coach to a small team (1-2). Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines, optimize TA operations and tech stack, track TA metrics, manage vendors, and support employer branding and onboarding in collaboration with People Experience.

The Product Support Analyst will respond to client requests, coordinate bug fixes, and enhance customer experience through collaboration and documentation improvements.
