Provide functional and technical support for Akeneo’s SaaS product through Jira Service Desk. Investigate issues using Datadog logs and Postman API calls, coordinate bug qualification and patch releases, resolve customer requests end to end, improve documentation, support on-call duties, test product updates, and communicate customer feedback across global product teams.

Build and operate end-to-end product features across a Go backend on Google Cloud Run and React frontend. Develop LLM-powered analysis and recommendations, evaluate nondeterministic outputs, design prompts, and create independent connector services for external data sources. The role includes production ownership, system design, customer feedback, experimentation, code reviews, and collaboration with senior engineers.

Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns across social media and email. Create content, manage corporate social channels and content calendars, segment audiences, build automated email workflows, monitor campaign performance, and provide reporting and optimisation recommendations. Conduct market research and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer acquisition and demand generation.
