Lead and maintain the company's GRC program: manage frameworks and policies, run audits and vendor risk assessments, produce risk reporting, drive remediation to certification, support AI governance, and develop training and cross-functional compliance efforts.

Lead global marketing strategy and GTM to scale Aisle into a market leader. Own brand, PR, product positioning, full-funnel demand generation, ABM, marketing tech stack, RevOps, attribution, budget/agency management, and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team aligned to revenue targets.

Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend: design, implement, test, and deploy Python microservices, databases, and SvelteKit UI. Integrate with AI teams, contribute to architecture, and uphold secure coding and testing standards across the stack.

Act as the technical lead in enterprise sales: run discovery with CISOs, design and execute 2-week PoCs showcasing autonomous vulnerability remediation, build demo assets and playbooks, guide onboarding, and feed customer insights to product and engineering while helping define US go-to-market processes.

Develop and maintain back-end components for an AI-driven vulnerability remediation platform. Design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor scalable distributed services and APIs. Improve platform efficiency, scalability, and security; collaborate with front-end, AI research, and DevOps teams; participate in code reviews and mentoring.
