Own inbound billing support for SaaS customers: triage invoices, payment failures, disputes, refunds, subscription changes, enterprise vendor workflows, tax exemptions, and reconciliations. Provide context-rich responses, verify payment details, collaborate with AEs/CSMs on edge cases, and handle general customer tickets as needed. Operate independently as the first hire in Toronto CS hub.

Sell Air’s Creative Ops SaaS to marketing and creative teams by building outbound pipeline, running consultative technical sales, closing deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to iterate processes and support customer adoption.

Own and build frontend experiences across Air's web platform: translate product/design needs into high-quality UI, architect and ship features, improve component design and rendering performance, maintain a scalable design system, enforce accessibility and code quality, mentor engineers, and participate in reviews and hiring.

Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers: run kickoff-to-go-live engagements, build project plans and documentation, scope and manage migrations, design workspace structures, deliver training to drive early adoption, run onboarding syncs and handoffs to CSMs, and surface product feedback to internal teams.

Start in an SDR capacity focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Support AEs and maintain pipeline in Salesforce. On promotion, run discovery calls and demos, own deals end-to-end, forecast, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.
