- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls
- Book high-quality meetings with qualified buyers
- Partner closely with AEs to ensure strong handoffs and deal context
- Learn Air’s ICP, buyer personas, and sales motion deeply
- Maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Consistently hit activity and pipeline generation goals

- Own deals from first conversation through close
- Forecast accurately and manage a healthy pipeline
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success
- Continue leveling up toward more senior sales responsibilities

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this role is USD $85,000 - $105,000 + equity, commensurate with experience.
Skills Required
- 2+ years of professional experience in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles (consulting, finance, operations, recruiting, etc.)
- Proven track record of success in a structured, competitive, results-driven environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient to rejection
- Demonstrated coachability and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized, metrics-driven, and highly accountable to targets
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales
- Ability to maintain clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
- In-office attendance at least 3 days per week in New York City
