Teams at Air

Design and implement scalable synchronization features for a cross-platform desktop application. Build and review code, write tests, maintain infrastructure, define best practices, troubleshoot performance across macOS and Windows, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers. The role works primarily remotely with periodic in-office attendance.

Leads the architecture, roadmap, integrations, data model, governance, and lifecycle systems powering Air’s go-to-market organization. Owns Salesforce-centered GTM infrastructure, including attribution, speed-to-lead, CPQ, deal desk, change management, testing, monitoring, documentation, and enablement. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Finance leaders to translate business needs into scalable systems and workflows, while guiding AI-powered tooling and supporting GTM operations specialists.

Own the architecture, roadmap, integrations, governance, and change management for Air’s go-to-market systems, with Salesforce at the center. Lead lifecycle builds spanning attribution, speed-to-lead, CPQ, deal desk, and sales-led and product-led motions. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable systems. Enable GTM Operations teammates through documentation, tooling, testing, and adoption programs.
