Maintains event and content calendars, coordinates photo and video capture, supports content operations, and transforms community programming into blog posts, social recaps, LinkedIn content, and case studies. Partners with internal teams, external media, culinary producers, and vendors to deliver creative experiences and strengthen Air’s presence in New York’s creative community.

Sell Air’s Creative Ops SaaS to marketing and creative teams by building outbound pipeline, running consultative technical sales, closing deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to iterate processes and support customer adoption.

Own end-to-end onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers: run kickoff-to-go-live engagements, build project plans and documentation, scope and manage migrations, design workspace structures, deliver training to drive early adoption, run onboarding syncs and handoffs to CSMs, and surface product feedback to internal teams.
