Start in an SDR capacity focusing on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Support AEs and maintain pipeline in Salesforce. On promotion, run discovery calls and demos, own deals end-to-end, forecast, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.

Lead end-to-end monthly and annual close, own ASC 606 revenue recognition, manage outsourced bookkeeping and AR, ensure audit-readiness and internal controls, run AP via Ramp and SaaS tax compliance, evaluate accounting systems (QuickBooks/Xero), and build automated reporting and forecasting with AI tools.

Own inbound billing support for SaaS customers: triage invoices, payment failures, disputes, refunds, subscription changes, enterprise vendor workflows, tax exemptions, and reconciliations. Provide context-rich responses, verify payment details, collaborate with AEs/CSMs on edge cases, and handle general customer tickets as needed. Operate independently as the first hire in Toronto CS hub.
