Sell Air’s Creative Ops SaaS to marketing and creative teams by building outbound pipeline, running consultative technical sales, closing deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to iterate processes and support customer adoption.

Design and produce static and short-form video display ads for performance channels. Contribute creative strategy, copy direction, and concept testing alongside growth and performance marketing. Maintain a creative testing log, iterate on winning variants, and expand into broader brand work as the role grows.

Manage a large SMB/scaled book to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Own quota, build strategic customer relationships, create onboarding/QBRs/success plans, use product and usage data to identify upsell opportunities, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
