Responsibilities include conducting training, configuring accounts, troubleshooting, tracking milestones, driving adoption, and collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Software teams. The role also improves onboarding through automation, templates, self-service flows, process analysis, and data insights. Additional duties include managing complex enterprise accounts, mentoring junior associates, and improving onboarding playbooks and operational frameworks.
