About the Role:

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers, including staff, business owners, and employees.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Own the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Build intuitive B2B software and hardware products for staff, employees, and business owners.

  • Define product strategy using user feedback, research, and data-driven insights.

  • Drive the development of AI-powered features by working closely with AI and ML engineers.

  • Translate AI capabilities (like LLMs or predictive models) into seamless user experiences and real business value.

  • 3–4 years in product management, ideally in fast-growth startups.

  • Proven track record of leading successful B2B product initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with technical AI teams.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building AI-assisted user flows.
