Leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, from prioritization and business case development through implementation and sustained results. Directs risk-based operational, financial, and IT audit engagements from planning through reporting. Oversees audit quality, workpapers, risk assessment, internal controls, annual audit planning, and communication with senior leadership and the Audit Committee. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages resources and timelines, and develops a team of audit professionals. Partners with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and strengthen governance, compliance, security awareness, and accountability.

Design and govern secure cloud architectures across public, private, and hybrid environments. Define standards, evaluate designs, identify risks, and advise on secure configurations. Embed security into DevOps and cloud delivery, automate provisioning with IaC, establish monitoring and detection, and support investigations and compliance collaboration. Provide technical guidance and promote consistent cloud security practices.

Senior HR Technology Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and vendors to maintain and enhance HRIS. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting, data integrity audits, reporting, requirements gathering, testing, training, and process improvement to support HR operations and implementations.
