Leads the Bank’s enterprise risk management framework, governance model, risk appetite processes, enterprise risk profiling, and Board and senior leadership reporting. Oversees risk identification, assessment, aggregation, monitoring, and escalation across strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks. Coordinates RCSAs, issue and incident management, business resiliency, third-party risk, and control governance programs. Advises executives, challenges risk practices, improves methodologies, and manages and develops the ERM team.

Lead resolution of complex network incidents, drive architecture and cloud migration efforts, implement automation (Terraform/Ansible), optimize network performance and security, create design and change documentation, and mentor team members.

Manage intake, tracking, storage, retrieval, and disposition of corporate records using Collateral Note Tracker and Iron Mountain. Perform quality checks, maintain inventory and movement logs, support destruction and special projects, and collaborate with internal teams to meet retention and audit requirements.
