Accountable for design, governance, security, and operations of the Microsoft 365 platform. Define target architecture, tenant standards, guardrails, and roadmaps. Lead security, compliance, and audit readiness. Provide hands‑on operational ownership, incident escalation, automation, license optimization, and cross‑team partnership to enable secure, scalable collaboration.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large IT projects and programs, translating business needs into plans, managing scope, schedule, budget and risks, applying Agile/Waterfall methods, engaging stakeholders, directing cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance and documentation compliance.

Manage governance and operations for Health & Welfare, 401(k), Pension, and Compensation committees. Plan meetings, prepare decision-ready materials, maintain charters/minutes, liaise with vendors/consultants/legal, monitor regulatory/plan developments, support audits and fiduciary documentation, act as HIPAA Privacy Officer, and improve governance processes while collaborating with Benefits, Compensation, Legal, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
