Underwrites agricultural participation loans, analyzes borrower and association credit actions, reviews servicing actions and risk ratings, conducts counterparty and industry analyses, and prepares reports and presentations for management, Board, and credit committees. Supports Capital Markets Officers with portfolio credit administration and performs annual and interim assessments of associations and other financial institutions.

Leads creative services across digital, print, campaigns, and presentations. Translates business objectives into creative direction, manages priorities and resources, oversees partners and budgets, and ensures brand consistency and quality. Establishes scalable workflows, tracks delivery performance, and introduces AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies. Coaches and develops creative team members while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable, audience-focused outcomes.

Maintains and improves network infrastructure reliability, security, and scalability. Resolves network incidents, executes changes and deployments, supports cloud migration, develops automation with Ansible and Terraform, monitors performance, documents network architecture, and provides on-call support. The role also contributes to data center modernization, emerging technology adoption, governance, vendor collaboration, and team training.
