Provides credit administration, portfolio monitoring, compliance verification, financial statement analysis, risk-rating reviews, and reporting support. Reviews loan documentation, tracks covenant and borrowing-base compliance, maintains portfolio data, analyzes financial statements in Moody’s CreditLens and Excel, and supports credit projects, training, and mentorship.

Leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, from prioritization and business case development through implementation and sustained results. Facilitates Lean Six Sigma problem-solving, value stream mapping, and rapid improvement events; validates financial and operational benefits; advises executives; and coaches employees and improvement practitioners. The role establishes governance, standards, sustainment plans, and data-driven practices to improve efficiency, customer service, controls, capacity, and organizational performance.

Leads creative services across digital, print, campaigns, and presentations. Translates business objectives into creative direction, manages priorities and resources, oversees partners and budgets, and ensures brand consistency and quality. Establishes scalable workflows, tracks delivery performance, and introduces AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies. Coaches and develops creative team members while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable, audience-focused outcomes.
