Conduct executive-level outbound prospecting for the CEO and GTM leaders. Manage inboxes and LinkedIn outreach, follow up with event contacts, research prospects before trips, book meetings, manage replies and handoffs, build AI-powered workflows, maintain HubSpot, and track pipeline and engagement metrics. The role requires strong writing, judgment, organization, data literacy, and comfort working directly with executives in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Leads and develops an SDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation. Builds AI-powered systems for prospect research, personalized outreach, prioritization, qualification, and reporting. Owns team metrics, coaching, hiring, onboarding, ramp, and quota attainment while partnering with sales leadership, Marketing, and RevOps on targeting and pipeline goals. This hands-on player-coach role requires demonstrating measurable productivity gains from AI-enabled sales workflows.

Own day-to-day NYC office operations, including facilities, vendors, access, supplies, events, onboarding, workplace IT, budgets, compliance, and emergency preparedness. Build scalable office processes and playbooks from scratch, manage workplace tools and equipment, coordinate new-hire setup, negotiate vendor relationships, and create a hospitality-focused employee experience. The role is fully onsite five days per week with occasional early mornings and evenings.
