Teams at Afterpay

Lead Sales Development across North America and the UK, owning top-of-funnel pipeline, regional alignment, performance reporting, upmarket expansion, cross-functional partnerships, talent development, and technology-enabled productivity. The role manages teams and managers, establishes scalable inbound and outbound motions, partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Strategy, and drives revenue-focused planning, qualification, and conversion.

Own post-sales technical partnerships with enterprise merchants across Afterpay and Cash App. Identify growth opportunities, improve integration health, troubleshoot web and POS integrations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and drive product adoption. Partner cross-functionally on feature requests, incident response, monitoring, documentation, merchant reviews, and commercial outcomes. Use data, AI tools, and monitoring platforms to proactively detect issues and improve portfolio performance.

Lead commercialization of emerging AI products by securing enterprise customers and strategic partners, structuring pilots, and converting them into scaled relationships. Own engagements from prospecting and negotiation through launch and optimization, while partnering with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy, pricing, implementation, and go-to-market models.
