Works independently from brief to delivery-ready assets, manages timelines, flags risks, incorporates feedback, and collaborates with program teams to maintain instructional quality and AMI standards across African contexts.

The Managing Director, AMI Enterprise will lead the business unit's strategy, commercial growth, product positioning, and P&L responsibility, aiming to establish AMI as the premier corporate learning provider in Africa.

The Business Development Manager accelerates B2B training business growth, develops strategic partnerships, and drives revenue through high-value deal closure across East Africa.

Lead and manage a five-person Learning Design team, ensuring high-quality instructional design, QA, capacity planning, and operationalisation of learning processes. Provide strategic input on learning strategy, AI-enabled production, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining team culture and development.

Drive participant recruitment and programme sales in Nigeria by sourcing and converting leads, managing end-to-end enrollment, building stakeholder relationships, collaborating with marketing, maintaining CRM records, and reporting on recruitment performance.

Manage planning, coordination and delivery of Ghana programmes including virtual and in-person training, events and logistics. Act as local lead for Acumen Green RISE, liaise with partners and stakeholders, support M&E and reporting, maintain project records, uphold safeguarding and GESI standards, and provide administrative and BD support to the country team.

Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of Nigeria programs (including Acumen Green Rise). Manage project tasks, budgets, logistics, in-person and virtual events, stakeholders, M&E coordination, reporting, and safeguarding adherence.

Lead design and delivery of AMI's tech-enabled, pan-African business learning programmes. Own programme lifecycle from scoping to implementation, oversee multi-country delivery teams, ensure impact metrics, client satisfaction, and renewals, and build scalable processes, dashboards, and capability within the team.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, perform weekly bank and cash postings, reconcile accounts monthly, prepare monthly country reports, support grants donor compliance, ensure tax/statutory compliance, assist Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, and maintain internal controls and accounting records.

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and senior leaders by optimizing schedules, coordinating meetings, conducting research, and handling logistics for board meetings, travel, and expenses.

The Software Engineer will develop AI features for a coach bot, maintain a learning platform, integrate data sources, and conduct experiments to improve services.
