Build and evolve AMI’s Elixir/Phoenix learning platform, data infrastructure, and coach bot services. Own programme lifecycle from scoping to implementation, oversee multi-country delivery teams, ensure impact metrics, client satisfaction, and renewals, and build scalable processes, dashboards, and capability within the team.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, perform weekly bank and cash postings, reconcile accounts monthly, prepare monthly country reports, support grants donor compliance, ensure tax/statutory compliance, assist Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, and maintain internal controls and accounting records.
