Manage and grow a major wind-energy OEM account across contracts, P&L, billing, delivery, renewals, and commercial expansion. Coordinate Project Management, Finance, Operations, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams; monitor KPIs, schedules, quality, margins, claims, and risks; and drive corrective action. The role is office-based in Riga, requires professional English communication, afternoon/evening shift availability, strong organization, commercial judgment, and proactive ownership.

Build backend services and data pipelines using Django, PostgreSQL and AI coding agents, while optimizing queries and reviewing code for production readiness.

The Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain procurement data in the ERP system, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
