Coordinate nationwide travel for 100-140 field technicians and occasional executives: book airfare, accommodations, and transportation; handle visa/work permit documentation; negotiate hotel rates; research remote lodging near worksites; maintain travel records, budgets, and expense tracking; resolve last-minute disruptions.

Manage accurate financial records, prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts, handle accounts payable/receivable, perform month- and year-end close, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and help develop financial policies.

Own full-cycle recruiting across countries and functions, build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, improve employer branding and campus/community presence, use recruiting data to optimize processes, and support broader HR projects like onboarding and engagement.
