The Global HSE Director oversees operational safety standards, ensuring compliance and fostering a safety culture among field teams and staff across multiple regions.

Manage domestic and international shipments, coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs brokers, prepare shipping documentation, support import/export compliance, maintain records, resolve transportation issues, and drive process improvements and logistics automation.

Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP, support end-to-end implementation with partners and business teams, configure system components, build saved searches/reports/dashboards, maintain integrations, lead release updates and testing, provide SME-level user support, training, and post-go-live optimization.
