Manage and grow a major wind-energy OEM account across contracts, P&L, billing, delivery, renewals, and commercial expansion. Coordinate Project Management, Finance, Operations, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams; monitor KPIs, schedules, quality, margins, claims, and risks; and drive corrective action. Identify new sites, services, and technology opportunities while supporting pricing, proposals, estimating, and account planning. Use CRM, ERP, reporting, and AI optimization tools to improve account performance.

Coordinate multiple robotics R&D projects from planning through delivery. Maintain project plans and critical paths in Wrike, track commitments and deadlines, audit development gates, coordinate lab and testing capacity, publish weekly status updates, identify risks, and escalate solutions to the Head of R&D. The role also supports decision follow-up and cross-functional coordination among technical teams and stakeholders.

Supports North American sales activities by coordinating customer communication, proposals, quotations, purchase orders, opportunity tracking, and project profitability analysis. Works with Account Executives and internal Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Finance teams to gather information, identify risks, and move opportunities through the sales cycle. The role is office-based in Riga, requires professional English communication, afternoon/evening shift availability, strong organization, commercial judgment, and proactive ownership.
