Administer and optimize NetSuite ERP, support end-to-end implementation with partners and business teams, configure system components, build saved searches/reports/dashboards, maintain integrations, lead release updates and testing, provide SME-level user support, training, and post-go-live optimization.

Own full-cycle recruiting across countries and functions, build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, improve employer branding and campus/community presence, use recruiting data to optimize processes, and support broader HR projects like onboarding and engagement.
