  • Manage engineering changes together with R&D, production, quality and supply chain teams, keeping production disruptions to a minimum.
  • Develop and maintain design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) documentation, so new designs are practical to build.
  • Oversee prototype production, analyse the results and use them to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Design equipment, assemblies, parts and tooling in Altium to support production.
  • Keep product and manufacturing documentation accurate and up to date in our ERP and PDM version control systems.
  • Improve production efficiency, material flow and manufacturing technologies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a manufacturing engineer or manufacturing technologist.
  • Hands-on experience applying DFM and DFA principles and Lean manufacturing methods.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in Altium
  • Working knowledge of PDM version control and ERP systems.
  • A degree in engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ownership to drive projects from concept to production.
  • Good teamwork and clear communication in English, with the confidence to align R&D, production, quality and supply chain.

Nice to Have

  • Experience introducing robotic, electromechanical or other complex assembled products into production.
  • Experience running engineering change processes, such as engineering change requests and orders.
  • Experience with NetSuite , SolidWorks

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with a salary of €2,300–€3,000 gross/month.
  • Global impact through robotics shaping the future of renewable energy.
  • Career growth with real opportunities to learn, develop, and advance.
  • Cutting-edge technology with hands-on experience in innovative robotics.
  • Enjoy the journey with team events, celebrations, and a vibrant company culture.
  • Health insurance after your probation period.
  • Extra time to recharge with additional Health Recovery Days.
  • Learning support with paid study leave.
  • Life-event benefits to support you when it matters most.
