Builds Power BI dashboards, analyzes user behavior, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, and improves data integration, identity resolution, and segmentation. Manages Salesforce operations, defines tracking and integration standards, leads optimization projects, and translates business requirements into technical specifications while coordinating engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Develops rack-level management and monitoring software for x86 servers and AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include scalable platform design, MCU firmware development, Embedded Linux BSP, kernel and device driver development, Linux system integration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with hardware, testing, and product teams using Agile and CI/CD practices.

Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support for server and embedded products. Responsibilities include technical documentation, system integration, software drivers and firmware, troubleshooting, cross-functional issue resolution, product testing and validation, customer training, technology transfer, and product promotion. The role may require short-term travel and expertise in embedded systems, software development, machine learning frameworks, and deployment on GPU, NPU, and FPGA accelerators.

Own end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI agents and applications for knowledge management, technical support, and product R&D. Define scope and requirements, plan execution, manage stakeholders, partner closely with engineers, coordinate testing and deployment, and drive user adoption. Help build a shared AI-agent platform and reusable skills ecosystem, establish guardrails for autonomous workflows, and support broader IT initiatives including CI/CD, Salesforce, and API integrations.

Lead and manage ODM AIoT/embedded system product projects from specification through end-of-life. Define requirements, track schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, align customer and internal teams, run meetings, and ensure product functionality and quality.

Lead S&OP meetings, global demand forecasting, inventory planning, fulfillment optimization, and supply chain KPI management. Collaborate with headquarters and global business units on digital transformation and automation initiatives. Use data analytics and ERP technologies to identify trends, mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and support cross-functional project execution and revenue goals.

Develop and execute global product marketing initiatives for embedded industrial peripherals and modules. Responsibilities include creating product and sales enablement content, planning product launches and integrated campaigns, organizing webinars and events, supporting regional lead generation, coordinating ecosystem co-marketing, monitoring campaign performance, and managing cross-functional projects with sales, product management, business development, R&D, and global marketing teams.

Lead S&OP meetings, global demand forecasting, inventory planning and allocation, fulfillment optimization, KPI management, and supply chain digital transformation. Collaborate with headquarters and global business units to develop supply chain strategies, improve operational efficiency, mitigate risks through data analytics, and execute cross-functional projects supporting revenue goals.

Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain activities: forecast, order fulfillment, delivery commitments, production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams (procurement, production control, product owners) to optimize lead times, support trial production analysis, and review/improve global SCM KPIs.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for COM (Computer-on-Modules) products targeting embedded verticals. Define specifications across Intel/AMD/ARM platforms, drive NPI from concept to mass production, coordinate GTM and marketing, support sales/design-in activities, optimize BOM/pricing with supply chain, and act as technical product representative for global customers.

Develop and integrate server management features in BMC firmware for x86 platforms, optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex firmware issues, produce technical specifications and standards, and collaborate across cross-functional teams from NPI to production.

Lead operation, implementation and strategy for global marketing automation platforms (Marketing Cloud, Mailbee). Produce global performance reports, maintain Global Event ID, redesign portal and develop AI agents, optimize lead scoring, run multi-wave campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams to meet global and local marketing needs.

Lead global product marketing for Intelligent HMI, GPU, and edge computing products. Plan and run branding, digital and partner marketing campaigns, create product content (webinars, press, social, collateral), support launches, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow brand awareness and demand.

Manage and lead projects: evaluate scope, track progress, coordinate third parties, assist acceptance, produce project documentation, optimize processes, communicate resources, plan project content, and support overseas promotion and global SRP implementation.

Lead global business support and go-to-market strategy for Advantech COM products. Coordinate worldwide sales sites, develop 4P1S sales plans, drive lead generation, manage pricing and P/L, execute co-marketing/co-sell with partners, collect VOC for product development, monitor market trends, and solve business risks to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
