Manage cross-border M&A and investment projects from strategic evaluation through transaction execution and post-merger integration. Responsibilities include market and industry analysis, target identification, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, agreement negotiation, transaction execution, PMI planning, synergy tracking, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and information integration.

Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for microcontroller-based products. Develop reliable embedded systems using vendor MCUs, RTOS architectures, peripheral interfaces, communication protocols, low-power modes, and OTA firmware updates. Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams. Preferred experience includes Modbus, IPMI, AUTOSAR, MCAL, functional safety standards, embedded security, cryptography, and ARM TrustZone.

Perform software QA for WEDA ACC containerized modules, including image validation, regression, functional, integration, and sanity testing. Reproduce defects, analyze logs, verify container configurations, and create structured issues in Azure Boards and GitHub. Review pull requests, Markdown documentation, release notes, deployment guides, and changelogs for technical accuracy. Maintain team knowledge bases and update obsolete documentation while supporting CI/CD workflows across Azure DevOps and GitHub.
