Manage industrial server products throughout their lifecycle, from NPI requirements and cross-functional development through mass production and discontinuation. Coordinate engineering, marketing, quality, manufacturing, sales, regional business units, and customers while managing schedules, costs, risks, sustaining support, product collateral, and market feedback.

Lead NPI for Arm-based RISC computing platforms (modules, SBCs, embedded systems). Manage product planning, scope, schedule, cost and quality across R&D, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. Conduct regular English concalls and face-to-face meetings with regional offices/customers. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and lifecycle management for industrial automation, Edge AI, IoT, and smart applications.

Lead global e-commerce initiatives from business need through launch. Clarify problems and success criteria, challenge assumptions, align regional and global stakeholders, balance local needs with platform scalability, and coordinate business, design, engineering, data, marketing, and IT teams through cross-functional delivery.
