The ideal candidate combines channel business understanding with hands-on program management and the ability to drive progress across a global matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy Implementation & Program Governance

  • Translate WWBO channel priorities into actionable program plans, implementation guidelines, milestones, and review mechanisms.
  • Review and evolve existing partner frameworks, including PACP (Premier Alliance Channel Partner) and JVCP (Joint-Venture Channel Partner), in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop recommendations for partner segmentation, qualification criteria, tiering & benefits, margin structures, and rebate/incentive programs, working with Sales and Finance for alignment and approval.
  • Coordinate clear policy guidelines for deal registration, partner coverage, and channel conflict escalation, with defined ownership and approval processes.

2. Regional Execution & Business Development Support

  • Work with regional CSF leaders (InterCon, AJP, Europe, US, etc.) to adapt global programs to local market needs and drive smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Support regional teams in identifying partner coverage gaps and developing plans to recruit, activate, and grow relevant partners.
  • Build practical toolkits for partner onboarding, business planning, sales enablement, and performance/QBR reviews.
  • Track implementation progress, identify barriers, and coordinate actions with regional owners.
  • Share successful regional practices and support their adoption in other markets.

3. Partner Engagement & Executive Programs

  • Coordinate strategic communication with key channel partners and Global Domain System Integrators.
  • Lead the business agenda, executive messaging coordination, operational alignment, and follow-up action plans for global strategic partner conferences (such as the annual WWBO Strategic Channel Partner Conference), in partnership with Marketing and event teams.
  • Work with regional account owners to translate partner discussions into joint business plans, qualified opportunities, and accountable next steps.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Improvement

  • Connect regional sales teams with relevant business units (Emb-IoT, Industrial AIoT sectors), product teams, Marketing, Finance, and IT to support partner business development and package joint go-to-market (GTM) solutions.
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement for priority domains and solutions.
  • Define business requirements for Salesforce / CRM and partner portal improvements (including Lead-to-Order / L2O workflows), working with system owners on implementation to ensure high visibility and tracking.
  • Partner with IT and AI teams to integrate AI-driven lead discovery and automated workflow tools to increase lead visibility, follow-up efficiency, and channel sales productivity.
  • Maintain program dashboards and management updates covering progress, business outcomes, risks, and required decisions.

What Success Looks Like?

  • Regional teams implement agreed channel plans with clear ownership and milestones.
  • Partner programs are clearly understood, consistently administered, and appropriately adapted to local markets.
  • Priority partners complete onboarding and progress toward agreed business objectives.
  • Partner meetings and conferences generate actionable plans with consistent follow-through.
