Manages the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, storage, compute, telecommunications, desktop systems, and application portfolios. Leads IT technicians and architects, oversees vendors and budgets, develops infrastructure strategies and policies, maintains secure and highly available systems, and ensures service-level agreement performance. Applies technology to business needs while managing projects, compliance, operations, and departmental application requirements.

Provides patient nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, coordinates services, educates patients and families, and supports patient well-being. Graduate Nurses with limited permits work directly under Registered Nurse supervision and must obtain New York State licensure within 12 months of employment.

Connects patients and families with healthcare coverage, primary and preventive care, social support resources, and patient education. Maintains expertise in local programs and community resources, while addressing the needs of patients and the broader community. Uses computer applications, web portals, databases, and forms to support navigation and enrollment activities.

Provide front-desk member services to drive membership sales, renewals, and referrals. Handle check-ins, facility tours, onboarding, payment processing, scheduling medical fitness services, basic bookkeeping, and member communications while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HFAP, CMS, and EMTALA.

Provide peri-operative nursing care in the operating room: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; coordinate services and educate patients/families; document care and support patient safety and recovery.

Assesss, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for patients in ASU/PACU. Diagnoses and treats patient responses, coordinates multidisciplinary services, and provides patient and family education.

Provide clerical support, scheduling, assignment delegation, and chart preparation for OR and Endoscopy units. Ensure quality assurance, coordinate with OR scheduler and ASU director, and maintain patient-focused professionalism and communication.

Coordinate and support medical coding operations, maintain coding policies/guidelines, generate and monitor reports (DNFB, denials), assist audits and education, communicate updates, work with IT/vendors to resolve coding issues, and support HIM leadership with administrative tasks.

Provide direct ICU nursing care: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with multidisciplinary team; coordinate services and educate patients/families. Maintain certifications and complete telemetry prerequisite and required trainings.

Provide patient care for dialysis (ESRD) patients under RN supervision; set up and operate hemodialysis machines and related equipment; perform dialysis treatments and related unit duties; maintain certifications and follow clinical protocols.

Prepare and process surgical pathology specimens: gross tissues, embed, microtome, stain (H&E, special stains, IHC), support frozen sections, operate tissue processors, maintain equipment and QC, and assist pathologist in diagnostic workflow.

Provide per-diem on-call psychiatric assessments in the Emergency Department at Adirondack Medical Center. Shifts are typically one weekend per month with occasional weekday opportunities. Must hold a relevant master’s degree and be licensed or imminently eligible for licensure in New York State.

Supervise and coordinate patient care and services across the facility, serve as a resource and role model for staff, coordinate resources to ensure comprehensive 24/7 care, and apply clinical competence, leadership, communication, critical thinking, and decision-making within the organizational structure.

Dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies per departmental policies. Ensure safe, accurate dispensing in a hospital pharmacy setting. Maintain required New York State pharmacist licensure and apply prior hospital pharmacy experience to support patient care and medication safety.

Prepare, compound, dispense, and maintain inventory of chemotherapies and biologic medications; ensure regulatory compliance (USP 797/800); coordinate with infusion center and pharmacy staff; split time between oncology pharmacist and clinical staff pharmacist duties.

Dispense oncology medications and pharmaceutical supplies, perform oncology and clinical staff pharmacist duties, and develop/maintain sterile compounding processes per USP 797/800. Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare/evaluate chemotherapy regimens. Position requires NY pharmacist licensure and oncology residency/board certification or equivalent chemo regimen experience. Part-time role.

Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for med/surg patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, coordinate services, and deliver patient and family education. Graduate Nurses work under RN supervision and must obtain NY licensure within one year.

Maintain a clean, safe operating room environment and assist with efficient turnover between cases. Perform decontamination and sterile processing of rigid and flexible endoscopes, transport contaminated instruments, and deliver surgical specimens to the laboratory.

Coordinate and oversee all state and federal grant funding, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing financial and programmatic reporting, tracking budget drawdowns, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits and stakeholder communications.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging per physician orders for patients of all ages and conditions; ensure image quality and accuracy, document findings, and follow established procedures and standards.
