Position Summary:
The dispensing of oncology medication and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with the standard policies of the department. This job entails time performing Oncology Pharmacist duties and time performing clinical staff pharmacist duties if required.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacist currently licensed in New York State. Completion of PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) OR 1-5 years or more time spent preparing/evaluating chemotherapy regimens required. Familiarity and experience in developing processes and procedures to meet USP 797, USP 800 and all other regulatory requirements for compounding sterile preparations.

$61.00-$70.00
Skills Required
