Position Summary:
Dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with New York State law, Federal law and the standard policies of the department.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
Current New York State pharmacy license and registration are required. Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy is preferred. PGY-1 residency and/or board certification are preferred.

Salary Range:
$61.00-$70.00 per hour
Skills Required
- Current New York State Pharmacy license and registration
- Completion of PGY2 Oncology Residency and/or Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP)
- At least 1 year preparing/evaluating chemotherapy regimens (in lieu of residency/board certification)
- Familiarity and experience developing processes to meet USP 797, USP 800 and other regulatory requirements for compounding sterile preparations
