The role is onsite, full-time, and requires strong Excel, communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Supports supplier management, delivery performance, master data adherence, demand and supply planning, capacity studies, KPI reporting, and raw-material availability for North American manufacturing. Collaborates with purchasing, supply chain, planning, and operations teams while analyzing data, standardizing processes, and gaining hands-on experience in central supply chain planning. The internship is onsite and full-time during the summer term.

Develops automotive seat trim covers from 2D drawings or 3D CAD models. Responsibilities include seat patterning, material specification review, manufacturing process understanding, sewing and cutting equipment operation, safety compliance, BOM and change management, and applying basic problem-solving techniques. The role is office-based in Queretaro, requires English communication and travel, and is intended for an engineering or technical degree candidate with limited experience.

Performs conventional manufacturing engineering assignments focused on developing, improving, and supporting engineering processes and systems associated with product production. The role is based at the Technotrim Monclova facility and requires a university degree or equivalent education and experience, with approximately three years of relevant experience suggested.

Handles routine HR inquiries and transactions, including orientation, leave of absence, and exit processes. Maintains HRIS data integrity, advises employees and managers on policies and self-service tools, supports events and HR projects, documents procedures, prepares HR dashboards and scorecards, analyzes root causes, and recommends process improvements.

Supports automotive seat trim engineering and A-surface product development. Assists with design issue resolution, A3 problem-solving, material and seat testing, sample preparation, analytical reporting, and design-for-assembly and manufacturing activities. Engineering Intern supporting automotive seat-system design and product development. Responsibilities include resolving design issues, preparing engineering documentation, coordinating DV and PV testing, supporting customer and test builds, applying DFAM and lean engineering principles, and evaluating CAD design changes for cost impact. The role provides exposure to seat regulations, durability, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer interfaces.

Reviews and reconciles accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and general accounting balances. Supports SOX compliance, month-end close, sales forecasting, cost accounting, tax activities, and financial reporting. Prepares and presents mid-month, outlook, and profit plan reviews, while managing capital expenditure, depreciation, and cash projections.

Develops, maintains, troubleshoots, and improves automated manufacturing control systems for automotive seating production. Responsibilities include PLC ladder logic, ControlLogix systems, HMI and I/O support, robotic program backups, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, data collection, error-proofing, root-cause problem solving, equipment specification reviews, and continuous improvement. The role also diagnoses electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues while supporting safety, quality, and production objectives.
