Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust using asynchronous programming, REST APIs, databases, Redis, messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Responsibilities include writing tested and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance, implementing monitoring and error handling, and collaborating with senior developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, ReactJS, ReactFlow, and SQL Server. Gather requirements and provide updates to UK clients, deliver scalable and maintainable code, independently own features, meet deadlines, and progressively mentor peers and guide engineering best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems using Rust and C#. Optimize SQL Server databases, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system performance and stability. Collaborate with product, QA, and frontend teams on end-to-end features.
