Manages fund accounting and portfolio management domain expertise, translating investment workflows and regulatory requirements into product and functional solutions. Develops and validates financial models covering valuations, cash flows, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and performance reporting. Analyzes variances, resolves portfolio and accounting issues, prepares stakeholder reports, improves operational processes, and leads analysts. Collaborates with engineering and business teams to enhance financial products, automate workflows, and maintain process and model documentation.

Onboard and support enterprise-platform clients, resolve inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot issues, meet SLAs, train users, document knowledge-base content, and relay feedback to product teams. The role requires financial-services and capital-markets expertise, strong financial understanding, empathy, and clear written and spoken English. Familiarity with mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, AIFs, fixed deposits, loans, brokers, RTAs, exchanges, corporate actions, and portfolio performance is preferred.

Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Rust using asynchronous programming, REST APIs, databases, Redis, messaging systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Responsibilities include writing tested and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing performance, implementing monitoring and error handling, and collaborating with senior developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
