The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, vendors, and community organizations while ensuring brand, regulatory, and marketing standards are met.

Analyzes commercial borrowers’ financial statements, creditworthiness, and financial risks to support lending decisions. Partners with lenders and leadership, applies loan review procedures and lending regulations, documents findings, and communicates credit recommendations. The role supports the financial health of the commercial loan portfolio while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and sound banking practices.

Leads multiple community banking branches across Carroll and Frederick Counties, managing sales and service performance, coaching branch leaders, driving deposits, lending, customer acquisition, referrals, and business development. Builds community and client relationships, partners across banking lines, monitors performance, ensures regulatory compliance, represents the bank at community events, and develops future leaders through coaching and individualized development plans.

Manage ACNB Bank’s commercial lending portfolio, including loan applications, extensions, maturities, documentation, borrower financial statements, construction loan draws, inspections, compliance, and reporting. Partner with commercial lenders, Credit Administration, Legal, Documentation, and Loan Operations to ensure accurate, timely closings and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The role supports sound credit decisions, regulatory compliance, and strong borrower relationships.
