Creates and distributes written, visual, video, and multimedia content supporting ACNB’s brand and business goals. Manages social media, website, email, and digital content; measures engagement and performance; develops customer and community stories; and represents the bank at community and business events. The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, vendors, and community organizations while ensuring brand, regulatory, and marketing standards are met.

Analyzes commercial borrowers’ financial statements, creditworthiness, and financial risks to support lending decisions. Partners with lenders and leadership, applies loan review procedures and lending regulations, documents findings, and communicates credit recommendations. The role supports the financial health of the commercial loan portfolio while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and sound banking practices.

Investigate BSA/AML alerts, suspicious transactions, international wires, and high-risk relationships; document findings and escalate reportable activity. Complete CTR, SAR, OFAC, and other regulatory filings accurately and on time. Support CDD, EDD, CIP, and beneficial ownership reviews, advise business units on compliance requirements, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to enterprise risk initiatives.
