The role identifies cancellation causes, applies retention strategies, maintains customer relationships and data accuracy, meets productivity and retention goals, and performs administrative tasks. It requires strong communication, problem-solving, phone etiquette, basic math, data entry, and proficiency with Google Suite. The position is fully remote outside the USA and includes hourly pay plus commission.

Manage the full high-volume recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, job postings, application screening, recruiter interviews, candidate communication, shortlisting, and offer-stage coordination. Maintain accurate ATS records and hiring data, build talent pools, monitor pipeline health and time-to-fill, evaluate sourcing effectiveness, and recommend process improvements. The role requires strong organization, independent prioritization, attention to detail, and effective remote collaboration.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of internal marketing and operations projects. Own outcomes, implement automation/AI-driven workflow improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines/risks/resources, maintain documentation and SOPs, support new systems/platforms, and track performance to drive continuous improvement.

Support and track project activities, manage documentation and project boards, coordinate communication among stakeholders, report status and issues, conduct research and audits, and recommend process improvements.

Lead and manage a PMO team to standardize practices, develop systems and documentation, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, create project plans, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and coach project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Support project managers with planning, tracking, execution, issue resolution, reporting, process improvements, research, and analytics to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Close warm, qualified leads via phone or video using a consultative approach. Guide prospective students through program options and enrollment, maintain pipeline and calendar, follow up consistently, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Analyze and improve business processes, implement workflow optimizations, lead projects to enhance operational efficiency, develop policies and performance metrics, collaborate across departments, present solutions to senior management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives: define scope, develop project plans, track status, manage resources, document requirements and processes, conduct audits and research, recommend improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to execute key business initiatives.
