Make outbound calls to retain customers and collect payments, resolve issues through probing questions and negotiation, document customer data, meet retention and schedule-adherence targets, sell relevant products/offers, and assist with administrative tasks and department projects.

Design and deliver sales training programs, develop enablement content and playbooks, optimize CRM tools and sales processes, analyze performance data, collaborate with Marketing and Product, support recruitment and onboarding, and help Sales Management set goals and measure performance.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of internal marketing and operations projects. Own outcomes, implement automation/AI-driven workflow improvements, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines/risks/resources, maintain documentation and SOPs, support new systems/platforms, and track performance to drive continuous improvement.
